Temple nightclub first opened in 2004 in San Francisco, California, and after a successful run the club underwent a full-scale renovation. The upgrades to the club took place in 2013 and included the installation of a four point Air Motion sound system with Stasys X subs and Venu 12 fills.

“The Void Acoustics sound system in Temple nightclub is simply amazing. From the thundering bass to the crisp mids and highs our main room is full of thick and clear frequencies. Our patrons love the way the room sounds”

Jay WIlliams – Temple Technician

“I couldn’t be happier with how the club turned out. Our attendance numbers have doubled since we renovated. We have also seen an increase in the sophistication level of our guests, which in turn is resulting in higher spend. Some of the key highlights of the new space are a lighting sculpture featuring 50,000 individually addressable LEDs to create an intelligent moving light show and a state-of-the-art Void Acoustics Air Motion sound system” – Paul Hemming – Temple Owner

“The Void Acoustics sound system in Temple nightclub is simply amazing. From the thundering bass to the crisp mids and highs our main room is full of thick and clear frequencies. Our patrons love the way the room sounds. The Air Motions are powerful and amazing. DJs love the custom Void booth monitor setup… it’s a full bi-amped rig complete with dual eighteens….it’s plenty loud enough for festival DJs and also sounds great at normal monitoring levels. Temples Void system is on point!” – Jay Williams – Temple Technician

Temple nightclub is part of a lifestyle complex that includes a co-working space, art gallery, rooftop garden, in-house recording studio and record label. The club revealed its new futuristic style featuring a best-in-class sound and three distinct rooms with complementary programming designed to appeal to an eclectic group of music aficionados.

“Temple is amazing, it’s like walking into a space ship…  a beautiful thumping space ship with over 90kw of crazy reflecting mirror shine painted Air Motions.  The owner Paul Hemming was very pleased with his purchase, so much so that he kicked a closing DJ off the new sound system on opening night at Temple and personally DJ’d for four hours with the biggest grin I’ve ever seen. Working with Jay Williams, the house technician at Temple, has been a wonderful experience; the guy just gets it. He’s super professional, a very talented technician, fast learner and a bit of a house legend around San Francisco.” – Nathan Short – Void Acoustics .
